Placing An Order
How can I order online as a new customer?

When you order from this site, you will be asked to register a new account. Please fill out all the information as correctly as possible. After you have registered and set up a username and password, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided. Now, you may browse and order products from our website using your newly created account.

When you choose products and checkout using our secure shopping cart system, you will be asked to choose your payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, check, or money order. Please be aware that if you choose to order using your check or money order, your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

After your payment and shipping methods are chosen and you click "Confirm Order", your order will be entered into our database and will be processed by the Mothers Against Methamphetamine office. You will receive an order confirmation through email at the address you provided during registration. This email will contain all the details of your order.

If you have already registered an account with this website, you may browse to add products to your shopping cart at any time. When you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted for your username and password you created during registration.

If you have forgotten your password, you may click the Log In link at the top of any webpage on this site. You will be prompted for your username and password. If you do not remember your password, simply click the "Password forgotten? Click here." link below the login form and a new password will be emailed to you. If you would like to change this new password, simply login to your account with the password given to you, then click "My Account" at the top of any page. Now click the "Change my account password" link and type in your current password and the one you want to change it to. This will take affect immediately.

Your order is usually processed and shipped the day the order is received unless you ordered products that have not been delivered to our office yet. In that case, please refer to the product page to keep updated on when that particular product is ready to be shipped from our office. You may also call our office at (256) 498-6262 to check the status of products ordered that are not ready to be shipped.

No! Data that you enter during the order process will not be saved until you have clicked "Confirm Order" on the final order confirmation page. If you aren't sure if your order has been processed, please call our office immediately at (256) 498-6262.
What is your return/cancellation policy regarding orders from MAMa Website? ^ Back to Top
If you place an order through our website, you have 30 days to call us and make any adjustments to your invoice. If for some reason you haven't received your order or haven't heard from us prior to 30 days, contact us at (866) 293-8901. After 30 days, we will not credit your account or make any changes to your invoice.
